Refund policy

At SoulRang, every product is printed on demand after the order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or personal preference.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- The print is incorrect or misprinted
- The wrong item is delivered

To request help, email us at kaul.parth5@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged
- A short description of the issue

Once we review the issue, we will help with a replacement or suitable resolution.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

SoulRang reserves the right to reject return or replacement requests if the issue is not reported within 48 hours or if the product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
